Stress is the body's natural defense against predators and danger. It flushes the body with hormones to prepare systems to evade or confront danger. This is known as the "fight-or-flight" mechanism. There is two kinds of strees. First kind of strees is bad stress when you stress slows normal bodily functions, such as the digestive and immune systems. Second kind of strees is a good stress when we feel us excited. Our pulse quickens, our hormones change, but there is no threat or fear.
